Hi, hello! Can you believe Labor Day is already behind us?

The ~official start~ of fall isn’t for a few more weeks (the Autumn Equinox on September 23!) but there’s already a chill in the morning air where I live in New York—plus pumpkin spice everything, everywhere, all at once.

One of my favorite ways to kick off a new season is by dreaming up all the recipes I want to make first, and fall brings so many options. It’s finally cool enough to turn on the oven and get cozy! It’s the start of soup season, baking season, and apple picking season. In other words: Comfort food season.
